Based on the MLS statistics for the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board, the Vancouver West market (which includes downtown Vancouver) is the most active with 301 apartment units sold last month. Burnaby apartments were the second busiest sector with 136 units sold followed by Richmond with 124 apartment sales. Single detached homes sales were most active in Vancouver East at 125 unit sales, followed by Maple Ridge/Pitt Meadows at 100 units sold and Richmond had 92 homes sold.
