Open House Tours are a low key and fun way to become familiar with what is on the market. You will find yourself more knowledgeable on how much house you can afford in specific areas. Open House Tours take place twice a month on Saturday. We meet in a central location and head out together to tour properties from 2-4pm. If you are the type of person that likes to tour neighbourhoods on your own in search of the perfect property then we have the tool for you. This device will allow you to click a button to receive current listing data on properties right in the neighborhood you are standing in. Receive all new listings that fit your criteria as soon as they hit the system.
